Chic 787 Return Policy

At Chic 787, we strive to offer quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request an exchange or store credit under the following terms:


Exchanges or Store Credit

  • Exchanges or returns are accepted within 5 calendar days from the purchase date.
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
    • With original tags and packaging intact.
    • Free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, or perfume

 

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Accessories (for hygiene reasons).
  • Intimates or swimwear.
  • Items marked on sale or clearance.
  • Gift cards.
  • Services such as makeup, workshops, or image consulting already provided.

 

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
    Approved returns will be issued as store credit to be used on a future purchase.

Online Orders:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Prior notice is required via direct message or email at:

In-Store Returns:

You may bring your item directly to our store during regular business hours for review and exchange or store credit.

This policy complies with the guidelines of the Puerto Rico Department of Consumer Affairs (DACO), which allows businesses to set their own return policies as long as they are clearly disclosed before the purchase. At Chic 787, this policy is posted in-store and available online.
